MINI PIG UPDATE
Effective June 2022 our family has decided to take an official break on breeding our mini pigs. We have been so honored to serve dozens + dozens + dozens of families over the years from all over the entire United States, but we have been called to step back, love on our babies and enjoy time off as a family. Should we choose to breed again in the future we will share that information here. We thank you for making us the most sought after and loved breeder located in Michigan! We are truly so honored!
We are still breeding rabbits sparingly, so please feel free to browse our rabbitry for updates. OUR MINI PIG MISSION
First and foremost, we want you to know that our piglets are not just a "business", they are our lifetime pets and as such, we value each of our families that trust us with their new baby. ⫸ We have found that we are one of the few breeders that have 2 Indoor Pet Mini Pigs of our own. Before we began breeding Juliana Mini Pigs, we personally owned an indoor pet pig named, Noble. We fell in love with educating others on mini pigs, especially those that live indoors with their families. We felt lead to take it a step further and breed Registered Juliana Mini Pigs for other families; preparing both the family and the pig for indoor living. We set out to be honest and straight forward about pig ownership and about the Juliana Breed specifically. We now have 2 indoor piggies. Roslyn + Noble are spayed /neutered and have lived indoors with our family for years. With our first hand knowledge of raising indoor mini pigs we are able to walk alongside other families as they learn how to prepare and welcome their own piglet into their family. ⫸ We never want to breed a piglet that doesn't have a forever family to go home to when it's time; therefore our piglet adoptions are done through our waitlist. Our goal is to work with the right families and make sure that all parties [both the piggies and the new parents] have everything in place to make it a success. *We typically fill our waitlists a year or more in advance and only breed ONCE a year. ⫸ We do not breed potbelly pigs nor do we have any potbelly genetics in our breeding lines. Our primary focus is on improving the Juliana Breed as a whole, as well as serving families with our American Mini/ Juliana genetics. ⫸ We strive to educate and support our families for life and we will NEVER sell a piggy "on the whim". Making sure that you have everything you need at your finger tips... that's what we live for! One of the things that we enjoy most about this process is the fact that we get to take our adoptive families along for the entire journey! We absolutely LOVE what we do and love even more the joy that it brings others when we get to share it with them. ⫸ We value our level of service to each person that puts their trust in us. We hope that you will take a few minutes to read through the website, learn, ask questions, enjoy the journey and see what sets us apart from other mini pig breeders. Noble + Roslyn - Our Indoor BabiesDISCLAIMER: Rehoming is hard for pigs; they are very loyal to their family. You become their people. Think carefully, do your research, be sure of what you want before you contact us. We take our breeding responsibility role very seriously and adopt to families that can provide a lifetime home for their pet pig. We do not want to contribute to the unwanted or neglected pigs in shelters. With a lifespan of up to 20 years, they are a long term commitment. This is one reason we have an application process in place.
